I've enjoyed seeing the babies pretty often this past week. Twice! It's kind of amazing at how much kiddos grow and learn still being so young. It's so easy to just sit and watch them figure things out and observe new surroundings. Here are today's pictures of the now three-month year old baby and the little lumberjack!

Kids are so goshdarn cute!

I figured it was about time I change things up a little. There hasn't been too much going on around here lately. My mother and I managed to pull boxes out of the garage (by me climbing questionably sturdy piles of other boxes) but have yet to put the Christmas tree together. I am so ready; the presents hidden in my cabinet cannot be hidden forever!
Today, after a flat tire fiasco (not my tire), Nicole, the kids, my mom and I ended up at Sprint, winding up getting my dad's Christmas present early. My mom got him the Samsung Rant, which was coincidentally the phone that I'd currently choose for myself if I were eligible for an upgrade. Now I have to teach my dad how to use it and make him check his email and send us texts. Oh! QWERTY keyboard.
Nina comes home in a little over a week and I AM SO EXCITED. We've already compiled a list of things we plan on doing which includes, but is not limited to these: playing RockBand, watching Flight of the Conchords, Project Runway, The Who, House, installing Linux on one of the laptops, playing mexican train, taking family photos, learning to knit, playing music, having a family bowl night and framing some record albums. Apparently, we are never leaving our side of the house.
I've been having these terrible phases of online-window-shopping. I don't know which is worse, going to the mall and window-shopping, or doing it online with your wallet sitting on your desk. Anyway, today's mix included seeing these shoes at Urban Outfitters' webby:
These $98 booties are probably the sweetest piece of shoe I've seen (or at least in the past month), but of course I can't be buying them. I'm still on the search for the perfect flat-boot, but my ridiculously large calves are hindering and limiting my search. Big calves run in the family genes.
